Why Most Leadership Training Fails

Happy Monday! I want to thank everyone who attended the last training, How to Never Get Laid off Again. If you missed it, here's the replay link: watch here.

Why Most Leadership Training Programs Fail

This week, I'm excited to teach you (and hopefully your friends) how to build a successful leadership training program. I've unfortunately seen so many HR professionals get their budgets cut for critical leadership programs simply because they weren't able to build it for success from the beginning.

This training will only be 45 minutes and include Q&A at the end so come ready with your questions!

Also, feel free to share this link with a friend! HR Training is always more fun with a friend!

See you next Thursday!

They’re working harder than ever but still feel behind. For some, it’s even followed them home with their family and friends noticing the stress. I know this feeling all too well. I remember being this leader. I’d show up two hours...

Hey Reader, I hope you are starting to lean into the holiday season, especially this season of gratitude. Yesterday, I was visiting my dentist (not my favorite place in the world), and while I was in a little pain and a lot of discomfort, I suddenly became overwhelmed with gratitude. Although I could think of at least a hundred other places I'd rather be than at the dentist, I was still happy to be there. Okay, maybe not "happy," but I was definitely content.
